Terms of use
The general terms for using Soulhall, and the notices for third-party material it includes.
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to Soulhall. Your organization may also have a separate agreement with the operator of this Soulhall service; where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by an organization's Admin or Owner. There is no public sign-up.
- Keep your password and any keys you create private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Your organization decides who belongs to it and what each role may do. See Roles and permissions.
Acceptable use
You may not use Soulhall to:
- break the law, or infringe another person's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- reach data, Offices or organizations you have not been given access to, or test the service's security without the operator's written permission;
- disrupt the service or place unreasonable load on it, including through automated access beyond the connections the product offers;
- create or spread malware, spam, or content that harasses, deceives or harms others.
The operator may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk.
Your content
Messages, files, knowledge, strategies and other material your organization puts into Soulhall remain your organization's. You grant the operator only the rights needed to store, process and show that material in order to run the service for you, including sending it to the model and data services your organization has connected.
Make sure you are allowed to upload what you upload. How data is separated and where keys are kept is described in Data & security.
AI output and research results
Embodiments produce their answers with language models. Their output can be incomplete or wrong, and can sound confident when it is. Check it before you rely on it.
Research results, backtests, charts and market data are provided for research only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, past or simulated performance does not predict future results, and Soulhall does not place orders. Decisions you make with them are yours.
Connected services
Soulhall can connect to services operated by others: model providers, Edgewright, Veinmesh, Telegram, and the sites the shared browser visits. Each is governed by its own terms and data policies, which apply to your use of it through Soulhall. Your organization is responsible for the credentials and plans it connects. See Browsers, credentials & integrations.
Availability and changes
The operator works to keep the service available and your data safe but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and these terms may be updated; the version on this page is the one in effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or trading losses arising from your use of the service, its output, or any connected service.
Ending use
Your organization's Admin or Owner can remove your access at any time, and you may stop using the service at any time. Deleting Offices, Subjects and other material is described in Clearing & deleting.
Third-party notices
Soulhall includes material made by others under their own licences.
